We work with the most modern injection molding and blow molding technology in the medical and pharmaceutical field supported by CLEAN ROOM MANUFACTURING FACILITY, which has been the first for MEDICAL PLASTIC COMPONENTS in INDIA since 1999.

Plant is uniquely located in the industrial complex in GUJARAT’S capital, GANDHINAGAR, the most envied and sought after location as regards skilled human resources, proximity to Government Departments, including sophisticated IT and Communication links with the rest of the world.

ASSEMBLY

Components and sub assemblies after being manufactured in clean room environment are assembled in CLASS 100000 ASSEMBLY ROOM.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2000 includes :

  • Test of Raw Material and other inputs
  • Online checks and quality control – visual and dimensional
  • Finished products leak test and performance test

RAW MATERIAL

Various polymers like POLYEHTYLENE,POLYPROPYLENE, POLYVENYLCHLORIDE & ENGINEERING PLASTICS LIKE ABS, DELRIN, NYLON,POLYCARBONATE, SAN, K RESIN ETC are processed under one roof
